NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sacred Medical Order, Church of Hope, International (SMOCH), a religious nonprofit duly organized and existing under Chapter 617, Florida Statutes, is hereby published as a recognized sacred medical order within the meaning of the church autonomy doctrine established in Watson v. Jones, 80 U.S. 679 (1872) and reaffirmed in Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church and School v. EEOC, 565 U.S. 171 (2012). SMOCH is the originating order of quantological medicine, a pattern-based sacred healing discipline. This notice constitutes constructive notice of the organization's existence and ecclesiastical standing. Church autonomy protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
