NOTICE OF FORMATION PROGRAMME Sacred Monastic Order, Church of Hope, International gives public notice that it conducts formation in its healing arts as sacred instruction under ecclesiastical supervision, and that each completion of formation is recorded by a Notice of Sacred Training published in The International Sacred Gazette and entered in the Registry of Sacred Training. Formation follows the Order's quantological doctrine: the recognition of the three clinical states; the distinction between pathological homeostasis and holorhesis; and the pursuit of Hōlous™ as the therapeutic goal. Applicants are received by the Order's officers on the basis of vocation and informed consent. Formation is conducted within the ecclesiastical structure of the Order and is not state-regulated health education. This notice is a statement of the Order's religious practice and does not constitute a claim of medical licensure.
