NOTICE OF DOCTRINE — THE THREE CLINICAL STATES Sacred Monastic Order, Church of Hope, International gives public notice that its monastic medicine recognises three clinical states, taught within the Order as follows: FIRST STATE — CRISIS INSTABILITY. An acute emergency; the system is in chaos. The goal is stabilisation, the proper work of emergency medicine. SECOND STATE — PATHOLOGICAL HOMEOSTASIS. A locked disease pattern in which measurements appear controlled. The goal is to break the pattern; this is the work of quantological medicine. THIRD STATE — HOLORHESIS. Rhythmic, adaptive, whole-flow coherence. The goal is to sustain and deepen it: Hōlous™. The Order teaches that the transition from the second state to the third is the proper object of its sacred healing arts, practised as sacrament within the Order for consenting members.
