This notice constitutes: (1) Publication of continuous use pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §1051 et seq. and the Lanham Act for purposes of establishing priority of use in commerce; (2) Public notice under common law trademark rights, effective as of the date of publication in this Gazette; (3) A permanent, authenticated record, timestamped via RFC 3161 qualified timestamp protocol and anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps, providing cryptographically verifiable proof of publication priority.
